The Yes Of You

A Threshold Retreat to Take You from Exhausted Woman to Nurtured Visionary

Join our waiting list for our next retreat as we step into ourselves, into a community of women and nature, crossing the threshold from exhausted woman to nurtured visionary.

Through intuitive listening, healing, and writing, rest, joy, and nourishment in the sacred arms of nature, you will step through a doorway into radical knowing. Divine bliss. The truest true of you.

What is a “Threshold Retreat”?

A Threshold Retreat is a space where women’s voices are safe to be amplified.

It takes courage to stand on the cusp of past and future and just breathe. But when we let ourselves experience them wholly, we begin to realize that thresholds are more than doorways; they are pathways of connection—to ourselves, each other, Mother Earth, our ancestors, to every “yes” that lives deep in our bodies.

Why you might need this:

  • You spend a lot of time taking care of others and want to begin taking care of YOU.

  • Your nest is newly empty, or about to be, and you’re anxious to welcome what’s next.

  • You are single and excited to chart out your next phase.

  • You are ready to take a career, business opportunity, or entrepreneurial leap.

  • You feel a calling to expand your purpose and live louder.

What you’ll walk away with:

  • A deep sense of being seen and heard.

  • A well-nourished mind, body, and spirit.

  • A powerful community of sisters and threshold soulmates.

  • Intuitive tools to continue crossing thresholds

  • A soul poem that reflects the truest true of you.

  • An energized and expanded purpose.

Wheel of Bliss

Our Sanctuary in the Blue Ridge Mountains

Initially envisioned for Chakrasamvara Center, a Tibetan Buddhist Spiritual Center based in Miami, Wheel of Bliss was then created to share the divine energy of this magical land.

Group of people sitting in a circle inside a yurt, participating in a meditation or discussion session, with cushions, rugs, and a small table holding flowers in the center.
Three women sitting at a wooden table in a sunlit room with wood-paneled walls, laughing and talking with notebooks and glasses of water.

Nestled among some of the oldest mountains in the world, ancient wisdom fills the very air we will be breathing throughout our retreat. Mother Nature shows off her most sacred self in the 63 acres of protected land that include lush forests, wild waterfalls, and serene freshwater streams.

A woman with glasses and a red bandana laughing while sitting at a table with two other women in a wooden room, with flowers and a water bottle on the table.

And magical it was. We went deep and came home light, having danced across our thresholds with soul poems as new maps to find ourselves again and again.

What women are saying:

  • “I love this passage: ‘Put work into the world that will help other people to get free. Make spaces where other people can gather to be safe, creative, to learn, to heal. Stay calm so that you can provide a shelter of emotional peace — if only temporary — for those around you.’ This retreat was absolutely that space for us to be safe, creative, to learn, and to heal. Thank you both so much for providing that space.”
